How to pack light for a one-week business trip?

Packing a suitcase is not an easy task for a lot of people

You don't want things to look messy inside, you don't want creases or stains on your freshly washed and ready for a meeting clothes. Besides, suitcase should be light and easy to carry. Ideally, you would have clothes for several meetings, night out, gym outfit and maybe a comfy weekend things. But how to pack all that and not carry half of your wardrobe just for a one-week trip?

Here are 10 ideas from SuitApp that might help!

1. Pick items that would fit your activities for the week;

2. Stick to colours and items that mix easily;

3. Pick one key colour and pack some items of that colour. All other clothes/shoes take neutral;

4. Thin materials are lighter in weight;

5. Pack comfortable and functional footware;

6. Take basic accessories and one night-out set;

7. Take 1 day bag and 1 evening bag ;

8. Roll your clothes;

9. Roll up a belt and place it in the collar of the shirt;

10. Stuff your shoes.

There is a simple rule: 4 tops + 3 bottoms + 2 jackets + 1 dress

+ pumps + flats + handbag + clutch

Simplicity is the by-product of a good idea and modest expectations.

P.S.: good to have a stain removal stick with you in a trip
